TellPip listens to your calls from your Mac (no bot joins), transcribes on-device, remembers what you promised each client and whispers the answer from your own documents when you're asked. Invisible in screen sharing. Built in Europe, with GDPR in mind.

Electronplatform desktop apps with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
5.0 (22 reviews)
TellPip is an Electron app: the whole interface is web code, which let one person design, test and ship the Mac app in under three weeks, while the heavy parts (system audio capture, on-device transcription, the local search index) run as native helpers next to it. A native helper also handles the one thing a call assistant must get right: the window never steals focus from the call app and never shows up in screen sharing.

Cloudflare PagesBuild Fast Sites. In Record Time.
5.0 (32 reviews)
Also considered:
tellpip.eu is served by Cloudflare Pages: a git push and the site is live worldwide in about twenty seconds, on the same account that handles our DNS and the email routing for hello@. Free for a commercial site, fast from Europe, and preview deployments sit behind Cloudflare Access so nothing leaks before it should.

ConvexThe open-source reactive database for app developers.
5.0 (56 reviews)
The whole TellPip server runs on Convex: accounts, licences, the AI proxy and the call memory, deployed in the EU region. Database, functions and scheduling live in one place and a deploy is a single command, so one person could ship a production backend in days instead of weeks.

PaddleThe Merchant of Record for digital products
4.8 (61 reviews)
Selling a subscription from Italy to the whole of Europe means VAT in 27 countries. Paddle is the merchant of record, so it collects the tax, issues the invoices and handles refunds, and I only see one payout. The checkout opens inside the app, in euros, dollars or pounds, and the sandbox let me test the full purchase before going live.
