👋 Hi, Product Hunt! I am Alexander, I am the CEO and Founder at Trafft Booking SaaS. Trafft has been a long journey for us (though even more lies ahead), we've been building it for over 2 years, it is a next-gen product in our family of booking tools (you might have heard about our WordPress booking tool called Amelia). Trafft is a platform for appointment booking and scheduling automation for service businesses, with a set of tools to manage multiple employees, locations, customers, advanced schedules, special days, discount coupons, invoices, reminders/notifications, virtual (Zoom and google hangouts) sessions and events, group bookings, online payments through different providers, etc. How does it work? 1. First, create an account (choose an industry, choose a URL for your new booking page, and sign up with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook). 2. Configure services, employees, and adjust their schedules if needed (we will create some predefined entries for you, to get you started). 3. Share the booking page URL with your customers and start receiving bookings! Easy, isn't it? But you can always tweak it as you need: - Configure custom schedules, vacations, work periods, define whether one employee works on multiple locations - Connect employee's schedules with their Google or Outlook calendars - Add custom fields to the booking process to collect any additional data - Configure a first-level custom domain for your booking page, not to use the Trafft's subdomain - Configure buffer time before and after for services that need preparation/clean-up, add galleries for services, service extras - Configure payments through Stripe, PayPal - Add any custom integrations through Zapier - Configure integrations with Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, - Customize your booking page with colors, logo, etc. - Customize the look of the generated invoices - And many more! And the best part is that we are still just getting started - we are adding lots of new features soon - SMS notifications, event scheduling, iCal integration, multi-lingual support and translation to different languages, deposit payments, etc. So, it is a big date for us, and we are really looking forward to any feedback you can provide! I manage talent, and I am hiring a VA, could this be used to manage multiple calendars from different domains when scheduling interviews, or speaking engagements?

Looks great! Any plans for adding MS Teams support? Would love to see at least either auto-creation of Teams Meetings (with basic features, should be 1 API call really), and also the calendar tab (if easy enough) to show the meetings schedule! Keep the good stuff going!

@titas_kumpys I am a fully paid customer, but we can't seem to get the DNS to work for the custom domain (its pointing to your A record and booking with your IP), and then contact our support button doesn't work on that page... can you please help

Can it handle booking twice weekly appointments (or once or three or four times a week) on a monthly basis (in other words every Mon and Wed) and only pay a standard monthly price. So I want clients to be able to book twice a week and pay a monthly price regardless of where they have eight, nine or ten appointments because the month starts on different days and may have 28, 29, 30 or 31 days.

Our company accepts 99% of all applications via telephone and e-mail. I am very glad that there is an opportunity to unload our operators. It is an amazing tool, easy to use and easy to integrate. This is the perfect assistant - nothing superfluous that can distract, only the functions that you need in a stable and beautifully packaged service. I rarely go to the "About us" section of the site, but after looking, I realized that a really powerful experienced team with a lot of regalia is engaged in the product. What I would like to note: 😬 What will be useful (in my opinion): 1. Increase conversion. Turn visitors into booked meetings 2. Improving user experience and increasing customer loyalty 3. Accelerate the sales funnel 4. Saving time 👍 What did you like: 1. Excellent design and easy to understand 2. Two-way SMS notifications. 3. Creating an embedded booking page on your website, taking into account your needs and branding 4. Discount and coupon management 5. Integration with many online tools 6. Excellent synchronization with my calendars 😈 Looking forward to: 1. At the moment, most of all I lack translation into other languages. 2. There is no limit on the number of meetings per employee 3. No iCal integration 4. More payment gateway options In general, I am very impressed and glad, it's great!

Trafft is missing essential features: - no integration with Google Calendars - no way to sync contacts with Google Contacts - everything is only in English / there's a world out there you know :) - no integration with Slack I'm trying to find a replacement for x.ai. This is not it.

Hey @anais_c, thanks for your question. We do not have exact example at the moment. But this is possible with Trafft. You can create webinar sessions as services. You can try out and in app you have free support so you can chat with our support agents to help you adjust it for your needs.
