Weavely is an AI form builder that creates custom forms and surveys from a single prompt. We turn your intent into the right questions, instantly.
Whether you’re gathering feedback, collecting leads, or running a quarterly review survey, Weavely helps you skip the setup and go straight to insights. You can even upload documents like strategy decks or support transcripts - our AI reads them, extracts the context, and generates a form that actually knows what to ask.
Hey PH fam 👋
Today, I'm super excited to bring Weavely to the wider tech & startup community around the world! 🌎
If you're a designer who loves pixel perfection, trying to design a survey/form for your brand using Google Forms is like.. pulling teeth.
Ideally since you already live inside of Figma, it would be AMAZING if there was a plugin that allowed you to simply use Figma to design a stunning form and let you do a 1-click publish to the web.
Well, your wait for that magical plugin ends today with Weavely.
Weavely is the first ever AI form builder in Figma. Now you can design your form in Figma and Weavely will generate a working web form it.
I recently got a chance to connect with Florian Myter (one of the co-founders based out of Belgium) who showed me the demo and shared the founding story. I am a big fan of the disciplined and niched down approach of focusing on delighting just Figma users for now. I loved our chat so much that I agreed to help with this public PH launch campaign.
Excited to see a wave of new startups and businesses try out this plugin and build whatever they want -- stunning surveys, lead gen forms, onboarding forms, feedback forms etc.
Big shoutout to the Weavely team who are all here today 😀
Check out the tool and feel free to drop any comments, questions or suggestions below ⤵️
Hi PHers 👋,
Florian here, co-founder & CEO of Weavely. We’ve been working on this since summer of ‘23 and we're beyond excited to share it with all of you:
🙋What is Weavely ?
Weavely is a new kind of form builder. We enable you to fully control the UX and UI of your web forms, by letting you design them directly in Figma. Our plugin automatically translates your designs into working web forms, without having to write a single line of code. On top of that you get all the features you would expect from a form builder: conditional logic, answer piping, data analytics (inside Figma!) and very wide variety of pre-built form elements to restyle in Figma.
❓Why on earth did we build this?
We initially developed a plugin that turned Figma designs into full-stack web applications, with the aim of making prototypes more lifelike. Although our initial product failed, we noticed that quite a lot of users were not building prototypes at all … but web forms and surveys! We figured that if people “misuse” your tool for a specific use case, then maybe you’re not building the right tool! And so we pivoted to our current product. You can read our full story here: https://medium.com/@fmyter/behin...
⚡ Freemium vs. Premium Features
The vast majority of our features are free. You can build up to 5 forms at any given time and collect 100 responses with them per month. Our pro tiers include total white-labelling (e.g. custom domain, social media preview, etc.), unlimited forms and increased response limits and collaboration.
🚀 Our vision
We’re hyper-focused on Figma users for the moment, as for us there’s no better place to let people design anything digitally today. However, our ambition is to one day be as big as Typeform. Enabling anyone to build highly customised web forms without breaking a sweat!
🤑 Today’s discount: 90% our starter plan (first month, or for a year!)
To thank the PH community for its support we’re offering a 90% discount on our starter plan. You can redeem it with the “PRODUCTHUNT” coupon upon checkout (only valid today).
💜 Give us your feedback
Weavely is built by a small team of three passionate people in Belgium 🇧🇪 We’re doing this launch to supercharge our learnings and gather your feedback! @fmyter@florian_myter this looks beautiful! Two questions : is the discount for the first year, or forever/lifetime.
And, du you have some sample forms to fill out? Do you offer templates?
@florian_myter you're welcome, Florian. I appreciate your support

💎 Pixel perfection
I'm very impressed so far! I tested out the AI assistant by telling it "I need a form for ordering custom gift baskets". It gave me size options, whether to include a teddy bear, chocolates, or flowers, and included delivery options and dates/times. Form processing and CSV export worked like a breeze, and I immediately subscribed to the Starter plan!
I only noticed a couple of minor issues - the AI assistant generated a label with the word "Personalised" (UK spelling) instead of "Personalized" (US spelling), so I wonder if it's possible to detect or prompt for my region so the correct spelling is used for words like this (favourite vs. favorite, etc.)
Also, the default layout of radio buttons and checklists overlaps with the item labels. However, I was able to fix this in Figma by resizing the "Variants" layer that contains the radio button or checklist field.
Overall, excellent work, Weavely team - keep up the great work!
@bbelau Thanks a lot for testing, providing your feedback and subscribing 😁 Good point, our AI adapts to the language you use to interact with. But unless you prompt it explicitly it will generate a form in (UK) English , definitely something for us to look at!
Improving the look and feel of the forms generated by the plugin is something we're going to focus on in the near future. Beauty of it is that you can always adapt it in Figma like you did, but ideally that's already done for you.
Don't hesitate to reach out to us via mail (support@weavely.ai) or on our Slack community (https://discover.weavely.ai/slack) if you ever need help Brett !
Looks crucial to designers. These forms are definitely very crucial for many companies to generate data regarding user experience. A major question here: is Weavely building their own connectors to push data outside or, since it's inside Figma, rely on Figma for pushing data outside?
@keremkocer Excellent question! We're building our own connectors. Once you publish a form using the plugin we host that form, the data and the connectors on our secure servers
@jogindertanikella 👩⚕️ What seems to be the problem? 🧑 My forms are bland and don't seem to generate responses! 👩⚕️ Get this man 50cc of Weavely stat 🚨
Hey PH, I’m CTO & Co-founder of Weavely. This story initially started in a completely different context as I developed the first version of Weavely back when I was doing my PhD in computer science. Since then I redeveloped our stack from scratch quite a few times but the core idea remains the same: to generate working web applications from interface designs. I never thought I’d be developing a form-building tool one day, but as a maker you built whatever your users want most right 😅?
If the concept of building completely custom web forms in Figma appeals to you don’t hesitate to try it out. We have a very permissive free tier and we’re even giving away a 90% discount on some of our pro features today. Whatever you do, do give us your feedback!
@dzaitzow Thanks for your support!☺️ We currently offer three native integrations (Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable) for sending your data from Weavely forms to other platforms. Additionally, we integrate with Zapier that allows you to connect your data with thousands of other platforms
@dzaitzow Definitely! Adding more native integrations is on our roadmap. We're always open to feedback and requests from our users, so please let us know if there's a particular tool that could make the form-building process smoother for you. This could help us prioritise it on our list 🙌🏻
