Congratulations on the launch! I have an atypical case: I need to track not my mentions, but when my services are mentioned on LinkedIn (without the brand). Is this possible?

There is something very wrong with this company. I am now on day 6 of not receiving a reply from my multiple requests to downgrade from a subscription tier that I didn't even realize I'd signed up for.
I highly do not recommend signing up for this.
