It's also a great support for managers who don't have time to follow-up with their direct reports colleagues to collect thorough feedback. As a manager, I wished I would have had a tool like this to help provide feedback to my team when I didn't have the visibility on their day to day!

I am a big fan of 360s and have found them to be one of my most important growth tools. I had a chance to be an early tester of this product and was shocked how much more personal insights I shared just by having a back-and-forth voice conversation as opposed to filling out the normal set of static questions . I never knew before how long, deep and intimate an AI voice call could be before meeting Tam. So great to see evolution in this space. 360s and coaching can be humbling, eye-opening and transformative, but it's totally true that due to costs and time commitment they've been reserved only for a top layers of the company or the select few who get the limited spots as determined by managers.
