It's also a great support for managers who don't have time to follow-up with their direct reports colleagues to collect thorough feedback. As a manager, I wished I would have had a tool like this to help provide feedback to my team when I didn't have the visibility on their day to day!

I am a big fan of 360s and have found them to be one of my most important growth tools. I had a chance to be an early tester of this product and was shocked how much more personal insights I shared just by having a back-and-forth voice conversation as opposed to filling out the normal set of static questions . I never knew before how long, deep and intimate an AI voice call could be before meeting Tam. I've done expensive coach led 360 degree processes before, and honestly the feedback I got from Tam is better and felt more raw and unfiltered. So great to see evolution in this space. 360s and coaching can be humbling, eye-opening and transformative, but it's totally true that due to costs and time commitment they've been reserved only for a top layers of the company or the select few who get the limited spots as determined by managers.
