This is such a useful and simple product! Not having access to real time feedback and coaching is one of the most common reasons employees underperform or become disengaged. Even for executives who do have access to 360 it’s not always timely and too cumbersome to gather feedback.

Cool. In the light of apps like this, do you think that it can convey real-world unique knowledge and experience? I mean, I suppose you should have had a unique dataset to continuously train it – wondering, how is it better than just framing the problematic with your own context it in ChatGPT for instance?

While we've doubled down on a particular methodology for coaching and interview-based 360s (we have the author of the best book on interview-360s on our advisory team), the real unique dataset is the feedback from your peers. ChatGPT can learn from you, but our data is from those who know you best. That's entirely different, and we work hard to capture that in an encouraging and psychologically safe way.

Feedback from the people that know your impact best can provide the best insights, but surveys are clunky and uninsightful. 1:1 conversations don't always get the candor you need. Voice AI has made this possible - better, faster, cheaper -- so any team now can afford meaningful feedback at scale.
