I have been using Zoho Cliq and Zoho People for some time now, and I must say that they have been effective tools for managing my team's performance and KRA. With these tools, I am able to set goals and track the progress of my team members, which has helped us to stay on track and achieve our objectives. One of the best simple and affordable crms out there, I've been using it for years and I can say they nailed almost every aspect of a simple and streamlined workflow. Only thing I wish was better was the email integration and tracking which can be confusing and clucky at times.
