About

"Momentum favors the people willing to rethink, move first, and figure it out in motion. The same is true in the market. Growth begins the moment you stop clinging to what no longer fits. Markets shift. Buyers evolve. The companies that stay relevant are the ones willing to evolve with them. My career started in sales, where I learned how companies actually grow. Over time my work expanded across sales, marketing, partnerships, demand generation, and broader GTM leadership. Working across those functions taught me something important. Most teams share the same goals, they simply approach the market through different lenses. "

⛔ Do personal problems affect your work?

The last two days, I had some personal problems and spent basically the whole time trying to solve them.

And during that time I did no work, no posts, no ideas, no inspiration, nothing... =D

Just me, solving my own puzzle !

Anyone else realize their temporary startup compromises became permanent?

When I started I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted the company to look like. Keep the product simple avoid unnecessary features and don t make decisions just because they might help short-term numbers. Then things got harder and some of those rules started feeling less practical. One compromise became another and eventually I wasn t sure which decisions were actually strategic and which ones were just easier in the moment. How do you know when changing your original rules is healthy growth versus slowly becoming the kind of company you never wanted to build?

Do you work on weekends?

For me, I finish the tasks I didn t complete during the week, then try to get ahead on a few things.

And I always finish my weekend by preparing my tasks for the next week.

I know some founders completely disconnect on weekends, but I ve never really managed to do that

What about you? Do you work on weekends or completely switch off?
