Do you work on weekends?

For me, I finish the tasks I didn’t complete during the week, then try to get ahead on a few things.

And I always finish my weekend by preparing my tasks for the next week.

I know some founders completely disconnect on weekends, but I’ve never really managed to do that 😅

What about you? Do you work on weekends or completely switch off?

I usually switch off completely. Saturday is for sleeping in, coffee, and pretending my inbox doesn't exist 😂

 And then Monday morning hits… 😂

I usually feel more productive when I give myself some space on weekends. Do you actually get more done by working weekends?

Yes!! I use weekends to finish tasks I didn’t get done during the week and plan my tasks for the next one. During the week, I just execute.

 Same here. The few times I worked on weekends, the next week was trash... I felt low energy, very unproductive.

A little bit, yes 😅 I try to get some work done, but I also make sure to take some time off and recharge.

Saturday = absolutely not. Sunday night = okay, maybe 30 minutes of planning 😅

Usually yes – there are some things that I do not want to have accumulated (e.g. customer support). And when I want to work on something I just work on it :D

 I will be preparing content for clients, preparing my weekly newsletter and will touch grass! :D

I try to switch off, but I never fully do. Sometimes when I sleep, I even dream about working, I don't know if that's good sign lol😂

I'm kinda in between. If something urgent comes up, I'll handle it, otherwise I'm offline.

 That’s probably the best balance !!

Weekends are when I get my best ideas, so I don't exactly "work" but I do keep a notes app nearby.

 not working is what gives you the best ideas

I used to work every weekend. Now I'm much better at leaving unfinished tasks for Monday.

 How did you manage to make that switch?
