Want to share funny marketing story, that came out from the ,,mistake,, of programmer's team. It is a big Bank in our city, which is very popular. Recently their programmers team were trying sms marketing system and for local try they wrote flubdub question, like ,,would you like to not be a bald man any more?,, (whisper voice: the head of that bank is bald). Our product just born from our daily problems. It was creative processes and creative production management pain. We had to do creative work ourselves and manage creative team at the same time. So we spent years to understand how that processes are going, how we think, create, collaborate and ship everything on time. We launched the product prototype in our studio and things changed.. I think it doesn't matter whether your background is technical or creative, if you're building something born in your own...

Having calls between co-founders is essential part of creation process. Very often we can't understand each other well by sharing prototypes, leaving comments and texting. So, we do at least 2 calls a day with a doc open to capture every key decision and those off-script moments that change game's rules.
How many calls do you do per day?
