AgreeTo - Because scheduling is more complex than sending a link

Scheduling links work well in certain situations. But they fall short when a meeting is high-stakes, complex to set up, or is a socially nuanced dance. Share your availability in plain text and strike the right balance between efficiency and automation.

Interesting 👀 launch 🚀This is a highly neglected topic which is very important kudos to the team for working on this product. Looking forward to using this.

@pankti_shah_910 Thank you very much, Pankti! Let us know what you think after you've gave it a try :)

love the concept, slight variations like allowing to change the text template (like don't want time zone to show) and auto suggestions on the time slots would be great
Philipp Schwengel
@abhinav_goswami Thank you for the feedback! We are actually building a configurator that will allow you to customize the template. Besides removing the time zone, is there anything else you'd like to have control over?
Abhinav Goswami
@phil_schwengel - it depends on the type of meeting - for formal external meetings one may choose a different format whereas different for internal meetings. Ideal would be to have a lot more flexibility like mentioning the day rather than date - Thursday 3 pm or Friday 11 am (date being implicit that one is talking about the current week). Likewise one may mention the month like Oct or Dec rather than the full form.

@abhinav_goswami Got it - thanks a lot! I think what we are building will do that pretty well. Will let you know as soon as it's live :)

omg yes! I want to include meeting options with date/time/timezone info in emails all the time and it's such a hassle! is there a free tier? the "pricing" link on the website just scrolls back up to the top of the web page, which doesn't have pricing info, so I'm a bit unclear 🥲
Richard Poelderl
@taleesita Hi Taly! Yes, there is a free tier. When you sign up, you'll get a 7 day free trial but you'll be able to keep using the free plan forever. :) However, if you plan to use the tool 3+ times per week, then I strongly recommend subscribing to the yearly pro plan as you'll get it for only $24 dollars on our exclusive ProductHunt promotion today -- the code is PH50 (expires at midnight PST, so in ~10h). Feel free to let me know if you'd like some tips to get set up (richard at agreeto.app)

I've worked this into my day to day processes over the last few weeks. It's super easy to use and has been a HUGE time saver for me. The ability to block off proposed times has saved me a lot of headaches.
Philipp Schwengel
@john_rowell really happy to hear that! If there's anything else you'd need, just let us know!

Awesome tool Philipp. Very efficient and easy way of scheduling IMO. I always face below issues while scheduling any meeting: - Timezone (I have to do conversions manually and confirm it online once) - my availability (need to check events from my multiple calendars) - Type dates, times manually in my email every time You have solved it all with this cool software. Curious to give it a try! Congratulations to you and team!
Richard Poelderl
@pax93fcb glad to hear that! I particularly suck at timezone conversions. 😂

"Translate your availability into different languages" – it's very helpful for remote-first companies!
Richard Poelderl
@egorab yep! One of the reasons we built it. 😅
