We worked with early testers for the past few weeks to gather feedback on accuracy, ease-of-use, etc. The feedback was that the information and pitches were constantly highly accurate. That being said, we really believe in using AI to support reps, not replace them, so having a human read them & use them as guidance when reaching out or taking a call is key.
