Hey Product Hunt! I'm Jamie, a Senior Product Engineer here at Attio and lead for Automations! I'm so thrilled to be able to finally share the culmination of literally MONTHS of our lives. Automations began as a fun little technical demo, playing around with a visual builder and some multiplayer technology. I remember our first show and tell, where we got the entire team to jump on and see how many cursors it could handle. It’s insane to see how far it’s come, and its transformation into a foundational part of so many of our internal (and early testers) processes from engineering 👨‍💻 to finance 💸. We wanted to get Automations out to the world but rest assured we’re already working on even more incredibly powerful functionality that we both can’t wait to share, but also use ourselves! Congrats on the launch Attio team! Auto data sync between email and CRM is already a great feature, and AI-lead workflow automation sounds fantastic! Which pricing plan supports Attio Automations? I saw the pricing page but it was not clear to me.

Looks awesome! So, this automation suite lives inside of the existing CRM? Is the AI custom or using an existing LLM? For instance, how would it classify SMB vs. Enterprise; with data from where? Congrats on the launch!

@anthony_latona Hey Anthony - thanks so much for the kind words! That's exactly right - we wanted to take advantage of the additional context we have by bringing the automation platform directly into the platform! The AI is based on the OpenAI and Google Vertex models with fine tuning and prompts to help it understand the data. For customers with more advanced needs, they can also create their own prompts! All Attio customers get data enrichment built directly into the product (from leading sources like Clearbit, FullContact, People Data Labs and more) that would feed into those contextual blocks such as Summarize and Classify!

These are great! I use Attio Custom Objects to track Dog Walkers, Dogs, Dog Owners, and Walks. I've created an automation that notifies the owners and walkers when a new walk is scheduled. Super intuitive to create as well - and looks to work perfectly. Can't wait to continue creating automations and expand out my walking empire. 🦮
