I couldn't be more excited to share my experience with BetaFi, a tool that has become integral to my remote team collaboration efforts. As a product strategist with a strong startup product background, I'm constantly searching for innovative solutions, and BetaFi has impressed me.
The most attractive feature for me is the real-time collaboration on live websites. This game-changing functionality enables my team to seamlessly collaborate, provide feedback, and make changes directly on the websites we're working on. It has revolutionized our workflow, saving valuable time and eliminating the need for multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication.
What inspired you to develop the real-time collaboration feature, and how did you overcome the technical challenges to ensure smooth and secure collaboration on live websites?
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the makers of BetaFi for their dedication to delivering features that profoundly enhance remote team collaboration. This tool has significantly improved our productivity and efficiency, and I can't wait to see what other innovations they have in store.
@anastasiia_veselova really appreciate the heartfelt comment! We have a strong conviction that in order to get more people involved in the product feedback process (ie to "Figma"-fy UX Research), we must build realtime collaboration capabilities into the core of the Betafi experience.
Pretty much everything you see is inspired directly by our own users' feedback and tons of customer interviews & usability test sessions we continue to do on an ongoing basis.
We have a long way to go yet, but excited about this milestone and to share Betafi for Google Meet more broadly with the world.

We developed the real-time collaboration feature because we wanted to create a way for teams to work together more seamlessly and manage accurate feedback. We knew that this would be a game-changer for remote teams, and we're thrilled to see that it's been so helpful for you and your team.
The technical challenges of ensuring smooth and secure collaboration on live websites were definitely a challenge, but we were able to overcome them by using a combination of technologies. We use a distributed architecture to ensure that the system is highly available and scalable, and we are also SOC-2 compliant to ensure user data safety.

could I have the notes, links to clips, and transcriptions be automatically sent into Salesforce notes for a given lead?

With respect to clips, you can make them public on our platform, and copy-paste the link to your salesforce notes.
Regarding notes and transcriptions we do not have the support for sending them automatically to salesforce.
But you can download the transcripts in .txt, .csv format with proper time-stamps and speaker labels.

@rahulasthana yeah I'll give it a shot and do it manually. But for the purposes of my team it'd be better to have it done automatically so that we have consistency in our documentation

@guravus Yep it's a pretty smooth workflow. You can also export your notes auto-grouped by questions or tags to Miro / FigJam so you can straight categorize them into themes. Do try it out and share your thoughts. Thanks for your support!

Then you mean I don't have to look down to take notes while I'm also trying to identify which features captures the users' attention during the product demo, that's GREAT!

@suyash_chaudhari Yep! We're starting to surface some common presets for multi-lingual transcription. "Hinglish" is the first of these, but we'll likely be opening up this capability more broadly as we continue to improve our transcription offering.
