Hey @othmane_khadri , thanks for the kind words! Yeah, the call with the transcript, timestamped notes and video is synced to Betafi. We have a Global Search in the product, so you can search across all conversations already. But yeah, we have a Takeaways module, where we are still adding natural language capabilities, and that is exactly the goal. For example, who in my customer base would like a Google Meet integration and all the instances will pop-up. Share more feedback as you use and we would be happy to incorporate!

We’re naturally now in the midst of integrating the next level of these capabilities powered by LLMs + a more robust participant-oriented nav UX and hoping to have this live soon! 🔜

Also, we're using a variety of ML models and API services for different aspects of Betafi, including OpenAI's GPT family of models, Cohere, as well as a number of different transcription providers depending on the language selected.

@svitlana_palamarchuk Thanks a lot for the support! We work with different transcription providers in order to offer state of the art accuracy for different languages. It's difficult to provide a precise Word Error Rate, as it is context dependent, but do encourage you to give it a try and let us know if there's a certain language you'd like us to prioritise.
