Every script is tailored to the target audience, and we constantly A/B test to make sure calls feel human, not robotic.

Blobfish is a very interesting product. I find it very useful for filtering out misdata.
@donata_petrelli Our key metric is connection rate, meeting booked rate, and meeting show up rate. We want the follow up call from SDR to be > 70% connection rate.
