Great. It would work great for any real estate agency that adopts it. If a prospective vendor is serious about shifting asset/selling, they will want to be connected to an REA that is already known to them. Since databases with thousands of contacts often go untouched over the years (as through experience) this will be an excellent way to keep the list fresh and up to date.
Will the AI be able to go through customised lists with different types of prospects and know what to ask? Such if I want to call through a database of 'buyers through an open house' to see if they have purchased? So that I can convert them on the database from 'buyer to home owner'? And so forth with bidders at auction, past appraisals etc?
Will there be any customisation in the AI questions so to find out if the client isn't thinking of selling or after an appraisal, BUT is thinking of leasing out their property so that we can secure a management? Can the AI detect this opp before ending the call?
Can the AI be customised to call through lists of prospective tenants through open houses (sometimes hundreds of people over a Saturday OFI) to see if they are interested in the property and if so prompt them to send through their rental application? Can the AI also prompt an email to be sent with an application to the prospect without the leasing agent sending it?

@danielbera Hi Daniel, thank you so much for the feedback. I think the use case you mentioned is super interesting. We currently work with Century 21 and Coldwell Banker mostly focusing on commercial real estate. But I think there are a lot more niche cases we could potentially support.
Calling 'buyers through an open house' to see if they have purchased? This is a command use case. We have a lot of customers who called a list to gather information that's key to the business. We have fintech company calling B2B customer asking question about ERP system, and ACH process. We then flag these information for the qualified leads.
I think most of the use cases you mentioned, we can potentially do them. Feel free to setup sometime offline, I can walk you through how to set it up.
