@dake_zhang1 Hi Dake, I think we are very focused in Sales. Specifically connection rate is our key metric. Can we guranteed our customers what's the percentage of phone call that can get to the intended person? Our sales enablement training is tailored to gathering key information, navigating front desk, and leave precise voice message to allow multiple touchpoint nurturing.

Outbound is still such a grind for most teams, and this feels like a super smart solution. With that said, I am the worst when it comes to anything related to calls but I just shared it with a friend who's deep in sales — he’s going to love it.
Curious though, do you see Blobfish making a big impact in the US service industry too, since that's such a massive market for outbound calls? Are they you ICP?
@lakshya_singh Hi Lakshya, thank you so much for the referral. I think we currently focus on any industry that has calling outbound motion. (follow up calls, nurturing calls, cold calls, or inbound calls. ) Our ICP see us as a way to scale their effort and making existing SDR more effective.
