With Botsheets, the desired number of bedrooms, desired location, desired property features, and the time period can all be extracted and stored in columns instantly. 3.Summarization - Instead of manually scanning through chat transcript to get some context, just add "Summary" as column header and Botsheets will summarize the entire conversation in a single cell. 4. Sentiment Analysis - Just add "Sentiment" as a column header and get a real-time sentiment on all of your customers (positive, negative, or mixed). That can help prioritize your response and because the data lives in Google Sheets it's easy to analyze sentiment on an aggregate level by feeding that data to charts/graphs. Botsheets is simply amazing. And both Michael and Josh are truly bringing solid solutions to the business ecosystem.
