Congrats on the launch! In my case, as a Product Manager, I usually get a lot `issue` tickets raised by customers with many replies already from involved stakeholders. To really understand the problem, I have to read all those replied on the ticket before I can come up with viable solution. I had a question knowing how important real-time actions are in customer support but couldn't find out on the website. - How often does the pipeline refresh from chat to sheet? Instantly or is there only a few updates daily?

@sandiforward Thanks and appreciate the note. It's real time. It takes up to 10 seconds typically though. It's kind of neat if you're tracking sentiment, and watch the sentiment change in real time as the conversation unfolds.
