@sarvpriy_arya seamless as much as Facebook allow. For the rest, after the burocracy of activating the number, connecting and testing directly on Whatsapp is really easy! And we release improvements every single day!

@charis_algomo Hi Charis, as I can see you are focusing on generative AI for Customer Service while we are moving our focus from the original live-chat approach to an horizontal visual (no-code) "conversation automation" design. Our visual editor is only a starting point, with our vision is moving deeply into an horizontal tool that aims automating conversations easy and fun. Embedding the ChatGPT nodes and a more high-level "Knowledge Base" node is part of the vision on LLM integrated in no-code AI workflows. Thanks for your review!
