@charis_algomo Hi Charis, as I can see you are focusing on generative AI for Customer Service while we are moving our focus from the original live-chat approach to an horizontal visual (no-code) "conversation automation" design. Our visual editor is only a starting point, with our vision is moving deeply into an horizontal tool that aims automating conversations easy and fun. Embedding the ChatGPT nodes and a more high-level "Knowledge Base" node is part of the vision on LLM integrated in no-code AI workflows. Thanks for your review!
