The project of generative AI integration looks very interesting. I think it can really improve customer experience and help businesses. Could you tell us how open source flexibility affects the adaptability of chatbots in different industries?

@ann_mykhailova open source means many diffeerent things for industries in general. No lock-in first. You invest in a technology that you own by definition (we are MIT licence). Privacy-first. All you data on you own cloud. You can build a chatbot on our cloud and run it on your servers. And viceversa. The automations and data moves smoothly through all your installations. It's a totally different approch if compared to the monolitic and dark single-service, closed-source model of the majority of SAAS products.

@hikaru_nagashima It's amazing to discover what you can do in browser today. You can make your own creativity accessible and spread it to the world. We loved the idea to create a Visual Designer from scratch using HTML5 SVG power and pure Javascript. Working on UX (and still working on it). And pushing all this work in the growing Conversational automation domain! :)
