Hey @shyam_nallasenapathy and Zevi team, congrats on the product hunt launch! Loving the product use case and the challenges it's solving for already! But curious to know how Chatscout fits into the E-commerce Sales funnel and how it fares against other product recommendation solutions. Planning to recommend the Chatscout to a bunch of E-com founders, that's why! :)

@gautham_ramakrishnan1 Thanks a lot for the feedback and support. Think of it as a conversational agent replacing search itself on your store which would engage with customers and recommend them products incorporating relevance and maximising the revenue for the store at the same time.

Hey @gautham_ramakrishnan1, With Chatscout we hope to open a new channel for customers within the store to shop for. Our early read with our beta users love using the assistant in many ways. Recommendations etc will also be built within the same solution to ensure we give a great experience for the end users.

Congratulations on the launch of Chatscout! It sounds like a great tool for improving the online shopping experience. I'm curious to know more about the neural search engine you mentioned. How does it work?

hey @cata , Glad you asked. The neural search is our own in house engine that comes pre trained for all verticals and gets tuned based on the catalog uploaded. It can understand context, search with incomplete queries and ensure the right products are surfaced. We've built layers between our search and openAi to ensure the models can communicate in a efficient manner and deliver a fresh experience for shopping.

Hello! Congratulations on the launch! Is it possible to use Chatscout for companies who sell digital products? Or only for companies selling physical goods?

@dzianis_yatsenka Hi Dzianis, You can use it for digital goods as well. The engine is set up in a way to learn from your catalog and train itself accordingly. Hope this helps.

Hey. Congratulations on the launch. I'm curious how ChatScout can manage situations where a customer asks for a product that is out of stock or no longer available. Do we have an option for redirection in the chat?

Hey @praveen_mishra6 , Yes this is a default setting available in our dashboard. When a product is OOS it will directly get de boosted on our surfacing algorithm until unless specified. We plan to improve on this more by having a connection with the CRM agents to remind people when the product is back in stock.

@alexey_yurkevich Hi Alexey, You can plug and play our search in all platforms with our developer documentation even now. (P.S - We've built the frontend code as well so making it live will a breeze for you). The idea is to extend the tool into all possible e-commerce platforms as well post this launch.
