@igorpavlov Interesting question. Actually, it will drastically reduce the choices that your customer will be seeing. On a typical search, you are presented with 100s of options most of which are irrelevant. Here, we will maximise the relevance capturing intent and driving the conversion up for the store
@igorpavlov The problem of plenty has been around for a while like you said and there seems to be no stopping as well. For haute-couture kind of clothes or be it any fashion it will still be able to understand and give the right results to the user. Our neural search is trained on real world data as well and can understand fashion sense to a greater extent.

ChatScout seems like a powerful tool for e-commerce brands to deliver personalized experiences to their customers. I also plan to try it with our eComm stores, but I am still unsure about whether it will increase or have a negative impact on our users, which could lead to a decrease in our CR.
Can you please kindly share some insights and volumes (if any) about how it has been applied to your customers?

@maxtpham Sure thing Max. This is what we observed with our beta users
1. This channel did not cannibalise any other channels revenue like browse, site search etc ensuring the existing conversions don't take a hit
2. We saw that the people who were using it converted far higher than the store's average ensuring that it's a net positive outcome
The other improvement we saw was that the engagement time has also been higher than normal for the users who use search. One of the other use cases we saw emerge was customers asking about what else does the store serve which was a very good option for Upsell and Cross sell. Although it's in initial stages we hope to work closely with our customers and ensure we drive even more higher CRs up .
