I like the app of Clickup and even got Power User and have tons of documents. And that is also the cruel problem. I'm sad that the mobile documents not work anymore. If i open the document it just have a endless loading icon for over 30 minutes. Longer i not waited for such things. I use a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and the newest version of Clickup. I already submitted it to dev team. So far not fixed for many months. Because you not changed anything. I hope this post on such site make a change. The main reason for me to use clickup was to use my mobile notes links, tables and images in my documents everythere even at friends houses. So far just Evernote was making the same. But they now ask for money... So i don't use it anymore. So i don't really so far found a good replace for clickup. Also as i was working on a website project it was useful. But now... i don't even know what to do... The import function don't worked properly to other apps and as i said before... It is anyway a good question what i shall use... Ton of Word Files saved on Cloud... That sounds aweful since Microsoft have many bugs or disadvantages which they don't changed for ages in Excel or even some small in Word. ... And even if i anyway would do that.. i would be forced to copy over 500 documents and so far I don't have the time for that. I am very disappointed. I was most disappointed as you even blocked the usage of old versions... So i even not anymore was able to use the old version where the documents worked fine. And Dev team don't solved the bug. Still not loading. Still not open. It is unuseable on Phone for me because documents are my main usage of it.

Installed on Mac OS 15.5 and no UI at all.
Removed settings and caches, rebooted, reinstalled, still no success.
Any idea?
