Most of our customers already have their processes for hiring, contracting, payrolls, etc. That is actually why we pivot :) For those who don't have it, we partner with a leader in the EOR market and offer a one-year discount for them to set up the legal processes with new employees.

@khrystyna_tryhub For legal aspects we use partners who help with docs and employment process on the client side. As we are targeting clients who are open to remote hiring, helping with remote onboarding/offboarding is manageable 😌

@jordana_gagnon I like this question. Everyone needs to feel confident before they buy. 1 - we offer a trial period for as long as needed. Customers don't have to pay the whole amount upfront if they are not yet confident. 2 - if they are and hire a great developer, we will still offer them a replacement for 30 days - simply if things do not work out. 3 - finally, if the developer has decided to leave the team - we need to protect our customers more in this scenario, and we would offer a charge-free replacement within 90 days. Our customers are always in touch with the Customer Success team so you both work together can solve whatever issue even before it actually happens.

If you are unhappy with the developer for any reason (or without reason) during the first 30 days, you contact the customer success manager. 2. The customer success manager will be introduced to you after you choose your hire. So you'll have CS available from day one. 3. When you submit your request to replace a developer (could be as simple as email), we start looking for a new one. Completely free. 4. We go over the de-briefing process, trying to figure out how to find a better fit and go do our black magic of finding you a new engineering rockstar ⭐️ Any specific conditions or requirements that need to be met to qualify for a replacement 30 days from the moment that you hired the developer. We believe that 30 days is enough to test drive an engineer, taking into account that you already interviewed the candidate & checked his/her skills & and we did our strong vetting as well.
