There's actually a lot to Kona under the surface that we want to cover in a 15-minute consultation, & we like to offer general culture best practices we've collected through interviewing more than 500 remote managers & working closely with executive coaches. Kudos to @pandiyasid, @itscorine, and @andrewthezhou on the launch! I'm proud to support this team and have seen Kona elevate rapport and empathy on remote and distributed teams. Even if you're a seasoned remote manager, give Kona a look. As someone who appreciates personal READMEs (operating manuals for humans you work with), Kona essentially creates one for each person who may be daunted by the thought of composing their own. The insights are remarkable, and it immediately makes every work connection much more human.

I’m absolutely in love with products that prioritize employee wellbeing. We’ve been using Kona for a long time now and I have to say it’s insanely impressive.
