Fantastic! Esp. for remote-first, multicultural teams... So important to have regular check-ins with your team, and you'd be surprised to know what a difference it makes to know everyone's communication preference before you go into those weekly 1:1s. Easy to never know when you never ask! Kona makes it super easy - no feature bloat here. Plus who doesn't love having an office puppy 😉
