Fellow.app - Meeting agendas, action items, & feedback– all in one place!

Have been using Fellow for just a short few weeks and I really wish I had this earlier in my career! Well done to everyone, this is a superb tool!

I have been using Fellow and so far, this is the best tool for managers! Keep bringing new updates!

I haven’t used the app enough yet but love the idea! Too many small and medium organizations do not have proper HR practices in place and can’t afford to hire an HR department. They end up screwing up their company culture or lose money on wrong hires or wrong role transitions. Even many managers in our client organizations don’t go through management training. So ... fellow.app to the rescue. What I particularly liked about the app is the built in e-books!

I'm being stopped from signing up because I can't link my calendar. My organisation doesn't permit it. However I thought I'd be able to use the app without the calendar functionality? @aydin_mirzaee

I used to manage 1:1s across three separate backend Engineering teams, and this would have been so incredibly useful. Managing the complexity of what was going across three Engineering efforts was super difficult, and it often took me the first 5 minutes of any meeting or 1:1 just to re-load the relevant info from the previous conversation. Having a place (other than Github, of course) where you can quickly pick up the thread from your last 1:1 or stakeholder meeting would have saved me so much time and effort. I live by my calendar, and having something that automatically ties meetings to calendar events is also so clutch. No more headache back and forth trying to tie meeting notes with when they happened. Awesome stuff.

I watch my spouse us this app while she closes her day and plans for the next. I am sooooo jealous!

Reminders and follow ups are a nice add on. Keeping everyone accountable is an important part of productivity and retention for us. Simple to use and integrates with other productivity tools like Slack. Cheering you in this journey Fellow.app.
