Keeping track of a team of 25 management consultants, their performance and annual goals can be organized in a more logical way using Fellow.app. Connecting the app to corporate HR platforms could accelerate adoption.

Consistency is king for a manager. Ensuring 1-on-1s are done consistently on time, with feedback and actions tracked isn't complicated, but it's hard. Calendars and note taking apps don't cut it for this critical responsibility. Great to see a modern product built for this purpose, and by a great founder no less.
