Manage your energy better than you manage your time. If you have time but no energy, you can’t perform well. On the other hand, if you don’t have time but you have the energy, you may be able to get more things done in less time.
At one point, I was a bit too obsessed with getting things done that I tried to fill every waking hours with activities, be it posting on Twitter, creating a graphic on Canva or answering questions on forum. It took me a while to realise that some of those activities contribute very little to the bigger goals. I was doing them for my own self-fulfilling prophecy - I felt good and productive.
