Definitely the launch. All that hard work and then waiting to see if people actually like it...
Demetre Mildiani
@sofiarobss Yeah unbiased opinions of people, which is expressed thru the launch results can be scary, In moments like these I guess the best we can do Is think about all the things that can go right!

I think for me it's to find the right people for beta tests or customer development calls
Demetre Mildiani
@anastasiia_stepko I think it's a perfect community for that here, wouldn't you agree?
Anastasiia Stepko
@demetre_mildiani1 Indeed, but you can't get that many people here for beta, for example. That many, so you can make product decisions.
Demetre Mildiani
@anastasiia_stepko True Anastasiia, there are very specific type of people here, early adopters who will and love to try new products. but i guess you got to find a specific community for your product like product hunt alternative and maybe make a discord community of your own you can get much more quality feedback from there

Monetizing it. Often times our potential users cheer us on as we build, and participate actively in the feedback process. But the challenges appear when it comes to the $$$ - the decision making of that is hierarchal and it is a challenge to navigate it even when users love your tool.

@swarna_hebb Same to us, and with the difficulty that not building in feedback means more sales sometimes!

I agee with what most people have said here, the launch. The hard part of putting in tons of effort and then not knowing if you can attract the right audience to get people to use it.
Demetre Mildiani
@luca3927 Yeah, a truly a battle uphill, we can all but wish success to each-other

For me, ensuring our product, meets user expectations and provides a seamless experience. It can be challenging to balance feature development with maintaining product stability. I focus on maintaining clear communication with our team and users, and we frequently test and iterate on our features.

@xspiral Yes, Thank you for the answer

Watching users run into a bug I should have foreseen and fixed
Demetre Mildiani
@michael_pell Yeah but no one can find as many bugs as a user who pain for the service πŸ˜‚ they are the best testers for the very first product, they will tell you everything that is wrong with your product because they paid

@demetre_mildiani1 true lol I use PostHog which lets you replay sessions. man, sometimes, I can literally feel their struggle through the screen
Sansa Grey
Scaling it especially through paid ads :\
Demetre Mildiani
@sansa_grey Oh yeah, which part? where it burns a lot of money? or where it seems like voodoo magic getting leads πŸ˜‚
Kostya Bolshukhin
At the early stage – liiitle amount of feedback from users

Productization; Finishing is the most crucial part of any product, and it definitely gives me nightmares!
