Our AI kept overruling the corrections users made

What's the hardest part about blazing a trail in your industry?

I'm interested to hear what everyone has to say about this! Especially in tech, the world and people's needs are constantly changing. This means that the products we're creating have to change with it, and the most successful products tell people what they need before they know they need it. As exciting as this is, it's super hard too. Reaching out to fellow trailblazers: what do you think about this? What are some of the tradeoffs?

Multi-agent products are everywhere—but is anyone using them every day?

I ve been experimenting with multi-agent tools recently, especially workflows where one agent researches, another executes, and a third reviews the result.

The demos are impressive, but my experience has been mixed. For smaller tasks, coordinating the agents sometimes creates more work than using one capable agent. I ve also run into duplicated research and inconsistent outputs.

I m curious whether anyone here has found a multi-agent workflow that genuinely stuck:

  • What task are you using it for?

  • What does the agent team do better than a single agent?

  • How do you handle coordination and quality control?

  • Which product is still part of your workflow after the initial experimentation?

What's one design decision you changed your mind about after working on real products?

When I first started designing, I focused a lot on making interfaces look polished. Over time, I realized usability and clarity usually matter more than visual effects.

One example for me was simplifying layouts instead of adding more components. Users completed tasks faster, even though the UI looked less "fancy."

Struggles in community and how to face them

The more complex the community becomes, the more difficult it is to handle some things. I manage (several) communities and have to face many things that are not convenient to solve but have to do anyway so I would share my approach. It may help you. I picked 3 of the most common scenarios I face frequently. Hate comments, swear words, impolite convo I usually report these because some swear words can result in "copycat" behaviour (sometimes even for no reason) + which damages the brand. Bot comments Do not answer or report them as AI / fake accounts Concerns expressed over data in comments Although some businesses collect data, it is necessary to refer to the privacy policy you need to attach the link. (People are warned about this before using the product and they should be reminded to read it beforehand.) What were the struggles you had to solve? We can enrich each other about "crisis communication."

I think I’ve reached the “Etsy is no longer enough” stage

Etsy has been my main sales channel for a while now, and thankfully, things have been going pretty well.

But looking at my numbers recently, I ve started thinking more seriously about expanding to other platforms.

I m considering Shopify + Amazon, but here s the funny part:
I know Etsy pretty well at this point and honestly, almost nothing about the other two.
When it comes to the operational side, managing my stores, listings, orders, fulfillment, and everything from one dashboard. I already have a tool in place for that. What I m really looking for is advice from sellers who have actually scaled from Etsy to other platforms.

So I d love to hear from sellers who have already made the jump.

How are solo founders using AI for early customer outreach without losing authenticity?

I m currently trying to find the first customers for my startup, and I don t yet have the budget to hire a marketing specialist or agency.

AI has become my temporary marketing assistant. I use it to:

  • research potential customer segments;

  • review and improve outreach messages;

  • prepare questions for customer-discovery calls;

  • analyze replies and identify patterns;

  • turn marketing experiments into clear next steps.

However, I still research each company, personalize the message and send every outreach email myself. The difficult part is finding the right balance between saving time and sounding like another automated sales message.

I genuinely don't know what my writing sounds like anymore

A few years ago I was juggling a bunch of projects constant back and forth with PMs, designers, clients and actual design work in between calls. I didn t have the bandwidth to write correctly . I'd reply in less than a minute, typos and all, and get right on to the next fire. Months later I d read an old email and cringe at how rough it was, but nobody seemed to care at the time, or maybe I just never learned if they did.
These days half the tools I use every day have grammar checks and sentence help built in Gmail, Slack, whatever I happen to be typing into. And somewhere along the way I started to trust them fully. I will type something, see it 'fixed' and send it without reading a word of it. I didn t decide to proofread myself. It just kind of quietly stopped needing to be.
I honestly don't know if my writing improved or if I just stopped being the one to review it, which is a strange thing to notice in hindsight. They seem to be very different things but from the outside they probably look the same.
I m curious what that has been like for other people who write a lot for work has it changed how carefully you actually write, for better or worse, to lean on these tools? Or did it never really make any difference to you at all?"

When is the right time to let kids use social media and the internet?

The longer I've been an internet user, the more I feel like I'm missing out on something (FOMO) every second I'm offline. The tech world changes so fast.

My first experience with a computer was around the age of 8 I used Microsoft Paint to sketch houses because we didn t have internet at home. I got online for the first time at 11, and by 12 or 13, I had already joined social media.
