I think it is a great product. I have been using it from more than a year now. They did face few challenges initially (who doesn't?) but now product is super stable and performing as good as intercom or similar alternative :) . Right now we use intercom on our main site and gist on other sites but soon I am pretty sure we will move everything to Gist. All the best guys. https://zaperp.com

Pros:

Single tool to manage your chat/s, emails, KB/s and contacts.

Cons:

None. It does the job that it supposed to do.

The moment we can Gist chat widget to site, it add extra 2-4 seconds load time. Google also warns about the heavy JavaScript parsed

Pros:

All in one marketing platform

Cons:

Chat widget slows down the site a lot

I really am happy I signed up with them!

Pros:

They've been very helpful customer service wise. The platform is getting easier to understand and kinks are being worked out.

Cons:

Sometimes customer service seems to not understand me, so it takes a few tries of explaining myself. But that has gotten better over time.

I've loved using Gist (was Convertfox) for probably 2 years or so. It works like a charm, and I've seen a HUGE spike in conversions. Just keeps getting better; great job, Gist team!

Pros:

Responsive team, great chat service, constant updates

Cons:

iOS app could be a bit better, but I've seen a lot of improvements

It's improving all the time and it really does do a lot of the heavy lifting Great for start ups with their quick support...

Pros:

chat, forms, drip email autoresponder emails. Knowledge base and visual builder are amazing.

Cons:

It's got everything I need with new landing pages coming in the future!
