Hims - Helping men prevent hair loss, erectile dysfunction and more

Deceptive marketing and terrible customer service. The hair loss treatment they offer is only for select use cases, which you won’t find out until you read the small print on the packaging. The doctors they use are not paying attention and just copy-pasting prescriptions. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have been using hims for the past month, and I really like the products. They are easy to use, I love the packaging, and how simple everything really is. The products that I have been using is the Morning Glow Vitamin C Serum and the No Prescription Hair Kit. I love the Morning Glow Vitamin C Serum! I love that it is formulated for men. I have been trying many other serums in the market and they all seem to catered to females only, so I like that hims can really put men onto using serums and letting men know that "Hey we have the right to take care of our skin too and we too can glow!" It is a light serum, its orange, and it smells good! As for the No Prescription Hair Kit, I like that a shampoo and a conditioner is included (Conditioner, another product out in the market that only seems to catered to the female). The gummies are the best part! They are delicious! The Minoxidil is not as hard to apply as it may look/seem like. It all becomes a routine really. I would really recommend these products only if you are serious about them and only if you are going to use them regularly. That is the only way you'll see results of course.

I’ve been suffering from hair lost for about 4 years from balding in the middle and thick around the sides. I tried almost every product on The market and still no luck. I saw an ad One day “for hims“ and decided to try it. For Hims was running a promotion so I thought to myself “You have nothing to loose” Besides it was discounted for a 30 day trial!! 30 days into taking this product I saw results, 60 days You can barely tell. Along with applying this magical serum on my bald spot I placed it on my patchy beard as well and was surprised with the results. If you’re balding GET THIS PRODUCT. This product works with every Hair type! If you don’t believe me just look at my results! @iamcgrant on Instagram

I moved from another company to try forhims, but wasn’t impressed. There isn’t an option for a one time order, but instead your on a subscription model. Ughh I cannot afford to be billed monthly. Cancellation also not easy, I don’t want to put my orders on hold? I just want to cancel.

Stay away from this company. The product is poor to fair but the customer service and the billing is horrendous. They will take money from your bank account indiscriminately and without your knowledge. They will not inform you of when you will be billed or how much. STAY AWAY!

Was considering purchasing from this site. Very thankful for all the feedback. Will avoid.

Things went well for a year until they charged me $300 without warning, claiming they no longer charged monthly. I filed a dispute with my bank and cancelled my service. I refuse to be bilked out of that much money just because they decided to change something and didn't bother telling anyone.

The product is not that bad, just a little pricey. The reason I canceled my account was because of the horrendous customer service. Initially there was an issue that I was canceling the account about and they said they give me one shipment for free so I kept the subscription. They refunded me the money but then took it out again. Dealing with their customer service is not fun at all.
