I m Arpit - 16 years in tech - mostly in data analytics and customer success. I ve started building something of my own on the sidelines and wanted to share and get feedback.

The idea came from a frustration I ve felt myself : all my different work projects, experiences and notes were scattered in physical diaries, resumes, laptop files, phone and memory. It would take a dark soul difficulty level treasure hunt every time I would have to find those notes and find specific valuable parts for preparing resumes, going to 1:1 or performance reviews and validating my interview preparedness. I m trying to create a simple space that makes all of that in one place and it can help me serve specific information for all needs.

This is my first time moving into product building, so I m here to share the journey and learn from others who ve done it. Excited to connect with you all and hear your thoughts.

I'm Shahrukh, a solo full-stack engineer and founder from Karachi, Pakistan.
I've spent 8+ years building software products and for the last couple of years I've been obsessed with one problem I kept seeing around me.

Business owners working incredibly hard every single day. Cafes, clinics, retail stores, restaurants. And at the end of that long exhausting day, a pile of feedback forms nobody read, WhatsApp voice notes nobody listened to, and feedback cards sitting on a counter going nowhere.

Somewhere in that pile was always the one customer who had a bad experience. And by the time anyone found it that customer was already gone.

Long-time lurker, first-time poster, and honestly, being here feels a bit like coming home.

I've been building and designing things since I was 15. Taught myself to code, fell in love with graphic design, and somewhere in there ended up running an online forum with 30,000 members. I was never a deep engineer - mostly front-end, HTML, CSS, a little PHP - but the itch to make things never left.

Then in 2017, I spent years in sales and kept seeing the same thing: great people doing work customers loved, and all that proof just vanishing. A text here, a screenshot there, a review on a platform that owns it. Each piece too small to matter on its own.

I knew exactly what needed to exist. I just couldn't build something that ambitious on my own back then so I carried the idea for nine years until I finally could.

I got into this after seeing how much of the forex "signal provider" space runs on unverifiable claims, and wanted to build something that actually holds managers accountable to real, broker-synced data.

Here's the pattern I saw in almost every single one. The tools were fine. The people were fine. The problem lived in the gaps between the tools. A client goes cold in Gmail while the project looks green in ClickUp and the invoice sits unpaid in QuickBooks. Three systems, three "everything is okay" dashboards, one client about to churn. Nobody sees it because nobody's job is to look across all three.
