Hi, this looks very cool. I like the use of the video on the home page to demonstrate the product, very engaging. I don't have anything I can you this for at this point but I can see the value for people. From the home page, I can see this product is tailored to product managers and I think there is also a great use case for sales teams to use this to analyze feedback and use it as part of their sales strategy. If people love a feature, they should find it, and highlight in all their sales calls

Kraftful looks like a fab product with a lot of potential to help startups get closer to their customers. Too many companies, particularly in tech, are focused on themselves. But even when we want to listen to the customers or think we're doing it well - it's hard. Well done on the journey.
