👋 Hey Product Hunt! Asen here, from the PolygrAI team. We’re a bunch of computer vision and ML nerds who got tired of AI chatbots that only analyze words.
The truth isn't just in what people say, it's in how they say it. Yet, every crucial conversation—from a final-round interview to a major insurance claim—relies on gut-feel.
So we built PolygrAI, an AI-powered polygraph that sees and hears what other platforms can't. Think of it as a truth analysis layer for any high-stakes conversation. Our engine analyzes:
👁️ Visual Cues: Micro-expressions and subtle body language.
🗣️ Vocal Patterns: Changes in tone, pitch, and vocal stress.
💬 Linguistic Analysis: Verbiage and statement consistency.
💡 Psychological Indicators: Based on established behavioral research.
Here's how it's different:
Goes beyond words: PolygrAI analyzes video, voice, and language for hundreds of behavioral indicators—from micro-expressions to vocal stress—that humans miss.
An objective second opinion: It turns complex human behavior into a simple, data-backed "Trust Score" to flag inconsistencies for expert review.
More than just hiring: Secure your insurance claims, loan applications, background checks, and recurring security assessments.
Real science, not just a wrapper: Our engine is built on years of peer-reviewed research in computer vision, behavioral science, and machine learning.
This is a purpose-built system designed to provide an objective "Trust Score," helping you flag cases for deeper review in hiring, claims, security checks, and more. Our mission is to make truth scalable.

💬 Your turn: What’s the one decision you wish you had more objective data for?
We're in the comments all day—ask us anything!
@asenlvThis is really intriguing but how do you tackle issues related to bias and privacy when you're analyzing such personal behavioral signals?
@asenlv @grayson_parker2 We comply fully with GDPR and all privacy laws. We never train on customer videos, our models use only pre-labelled research data. Every session is encrypted, used solely for that analysis, and deleted afterward. The AI learns each person’s own baseline to avoid one-size-fits-all judgments and runs continuous fairness checks to catch bias.
@asenlv PolygrAI stands out in a crowded AI space because it tackles the hard part which is understanding human behavior.
While others do transcripts and keywords, PolygrAI decodes how something is said not just what is said. The Psychological Profiling is the best part!
@asenlv @rohanrecommends That's exactly where our advantage is , thanks Rohan!
Hey, Hunters! I’m Viktorio, co-founder of PolygrAI here. Thanks so much for your support! I’m around to answer any questions you have about our creation. 😊
Hello, hunters! Konstantin here from the PolygrAI tech team.
From the beginning, we knew this wouldn’t be your typical SaaS app. Building a system with true multi-modality while keeping it performant was a major technical challenge.
On the frontend, our priority was delivering a smooth, intuitive experience - despite the heavy lifting happening behind the scenes.
On the backend, we built a custom pipeline to ingest multimodal data, process it efficiently, and return results using state-of-the-art optimizations.
This is absolutely brilliant. Are your insights purely AI-generated or do they include a human in the loop system for verification in sensitive industries?
@jude_gray Hey,
Our deeptech AI Engine is doing all the analysis. There is no manual work involved.
Is it currently available for small and mediumsized businesses
or
is it just for enterprises at this point?
@sadie_scott Hey Sadie,
We’re available for both B2C and B2B of any size. Our subscription models cover every need a person or a business might have. We also offer a free trial so you can see how it works before you scale: https://polygr.ai/pricing/
Cheers!
How do you tackle potential biases when dealing with psychological and linguistic indicators especially across various cultures or dialects?
@grayson_parker2 Hey Grayson,
Great question! We start by training on diverse, consented datasets from many cultures and dialects. Then our system learns each person’s own “baseline” so it compares them only to themselves, not a one-size-fits-all standard. We also include local language models and work with cultural experts to fine-tune our indicators. Finally, we run regular fairness audits to catch and correct any emerging biases.
Cheers!
Visual, audio and language signals what a fantastic blend. How do you tackle bias or subjectivity when interpreting these signals?
@lucas_edwards1 Hi,
Our trained AI engine uses neural networks and computer vision to learn each individual’s own baseline, not a one-size-fits-all. We train exclusively on labeled research data and run continuous fairness diagnostics to detect and correct any bias.
With such a diverse AI approach how do you make sure the psychological insights stay ethical and scientifically sound across different use cases?
@reneegunter Hi,
We train only on labeled research data using validated psychometric scales and rigorous cross-validation. The system learns each person’s baseline, runs continual fairness diagnostics, and keeps all data encrypted and private.
