A great product, works seamlessly now. I've installed it before but it was not functional back then. My subscription to another mail tracker was about to end and I wanted to get more features like scheduling and real time notifications. Found it on chrome store. Totally worth the price, and affordable too. They offer more features compared to others. The problem with all these mail trackers is that they are not available on smartphones. I hope they add smartphone compatibility or at least an app to get the tracking info on smartphones.

The last one month was so productive and I am literally able to do a weeks work in one or two days, thanks to this amazing product. I was looking up methods to increase sales through email marketing and came across Mailtag in one of the YouTube videos. And from that point, there was no looking back. I have increased the sales by 20% after using Mailtag, and the effort that I had to put was really less. The point is to use all the features like scheduling, pings and tracks effectively to its full potential. Would recommend to anyone doing email marketing for their business.

amazing UX, really appreciate it... it's almost playful. the tracking works well, it's fast and accurate. i really like that the email receipt of open is sent because i'm not always on my desktop to get a notification. i don't use the secondary features that much but they look good, for me the tracking alone is great and it works. main thing here is the design is very satisfying.

A friend of mine turned me onto MailTag, and it's been a great first impression. I read the Medium story about the new owners and it seems like they're really smart, caring and committed. They seem pretty focused on delivering a great experience within the product and also on CS. I had a question about link tracking and they got back to me pretty quickly. I looked up the backgrounds of the new owners and they've both had decorated careers, I expect this company grows a lot. I was sort of honored that they both replied to me directly, not some outsourced customer service rep in eastern Europe.

Really cool UX, tracking is very quick. Sends a notification right when the email is opened. One month of using Mailtag and I'm totally loving it. The dashboard has a very professional design, shows all the important data. I use it for tracking and scheduling and it is excellent in those two. No idea about follow ups. Scheduling is very easy to set up, and they show the tracking data on the dashboard. Tracks email open rate as well as CTR. No need to use another extension for tracking CTR. Overall great product!

Easy to install, easy to set up, and delivered more than my expectations. I was a bit skeptical when one of my friends suggested me this tool, because of the negative reviews found on the internet. But he insisted on using this and now my job is a lot easier. So far there is nothing to dislike about this tool. I use it mainly to improve the email open rate by segmenting the email addresses. Segmentation is not available so I have to do that manually. The tracking part is really good. It will be even better if they add email segmentation.

Hey @aedson98 , Thank you for making this tool. Before this tool, I was using ContextSmith Free Tracker and that was indeed very effective. But when I read that here at @mailtag, there are so many extra features and all for free, I quickly started using it. But soon I noticed few things. You still put 'MailTag Watermark' in each email as opposed to what was said in the PH copy. It's just that there is an option to delete it. In fact, this is one of your main 'Pro' plan feature. This is a big turn off and let me feel that saying 'WaterMark free copy' is kind of misleading. :( Also, you didn't talk about 'MailTag Ads' here. What is that? I don't know anything like this in MailTrack or ContextSmith Email Tracker. Will there be Ads under our emails? Please help me understand this. PS: I indeed liked all these features but when I see so much of 'Free' stuff. It gives a subconscious warning to check things more consciousely. :) Regards,

Hi @niteshmanav, thank you so much for your detailed message. To address your questions: To clarify: The "ad" is the MailTag watermark. Additionally, the MailTag watermark is removable to all members utilizing our free plan. To remove the watermark, simply hover your mouse over the "remove" button. GIF instructions: https://gyazo.com/09e6e3b5ab5f19... Members on our free plan can tag their emails with MailTag, track reopens, receive push notification alerts when their emails have been opened, track link-clicks, and access all other features members of our PRO plan can access. (The only difference between our PRO plan and free plan is that the watermark is removed by default for members on our PRO plan). Regarding your last point, we're not focused on monetization right now, so that's why we're giving away most of our product features for free. Best, Alex

I've been using MailTag for a while. It started off really great, product worked well and I was a happy customer. The bing bonus here is PING's - I don't know of anyone else who offers it and it makes life easier. Halfway through the product lost some stability, tracking was on and off... the MailTag icon disappeared a few times from my browser. I reached out to support and never got a reply.... it looked like they gave up, and so did I. Until July, when I got an email from Ben Cohen who explained that there had been a change in ownership and he was leading the charge on bringing MailTag back to form. It was a sincere message and I came back. Since then, it's been absolutely great. Not only has stability returned to the product, but customer service is really quick -- they've even been receptive to some of my feedback on potential new features... they seem really interested in including users as a part of the future roadmap. Very pleased to be a MailTag user. Seems like the good guys came on to the scene and righted the ship, and we are the real winners.
