Easy onboarding, simple and efficient

I had no idea where to post feedback. I tried it on Twitter but did not get a response, so here goed:

I got a lot of feedback from peers abou the design of the feedback cirkel where you can give points. This bevause the thumbs up is on the lower digits (red) and the thumbs down is on the side of the higher digits (green). That is not intuitive.

I cant find a way to give feedback back to the people who gave me feedback. I wish there was a better onboarding experience. Now it just looks fun but cant really interact with it.

I love using matter! I get actionable feedback from my coworkers and friends, and giving feedback is super quick and easy. It takes just a few minutes to give quality feedback to people!

I wish I could change/modify the skills I want to get feedback on depending on the person
