Matter - Take control of your career. Peer feedback for professionals

this is a very interesting idea...Improving our skills and career through feedback is so necessary! I have just started to use it, and I think it could be really a plus to use it at work, when you have a regular job with other colleagues. But I don't know to what extent it can be useful to solo freelancers with a limited network of other freelancers, for instance - or how it can be useful to people who are looking for new jobs and they do not have colleagues at the moment who could give a feedback. This app would be absolutely perfect (IMHO, always!) if it gave the chance of getting feedback by hr managers or technical managers from different companies (not necessarily those with which one has already worked with) - I know that it would imply so much more efforts and a different business model, though...Said that, I will use this app nevertheless. Thanks again for having made it!

I've used Matter since beta early this year. While I was freelancing, it helped me request feedback from clients to get a nuanced perspective of what was working well and where I wasn't as strong. This has helped me lean more into my strengths and outsource or improve where I wasn't doing as well. I joined AngelList a couple months ago and now want my whole team on it.

Matter is a great, super low friction way to gather actionable feedback in areas I'm prioritizing for personal growth. Setting up my profile was easy, and it provides the great utility of narrowing down my job and the actual core areas for my role. Gathering feedback was seamless with the calendar integration that suggests my closest colleagues. I'm really excited about Matter, have seen great benefits within my team, and recommend you try it too :)

I've really enjoyed using Matter. The design is clean and intuitive to use. Feedback that I've received has been helpful to better understand areas that I can grow and adjust. I believe in continual grown and learning and Matter helps facilitate that.

Iv'e been using Matter now for about 4 months, it makes sharing and requesting feedback a breeze! I no longer have to wait six months to get feedback. Now I can keep a pulse on how I'm doing and continuously improve!

It's the best performance review tool I've ever used. Things I like about:
