I said I'd recommend, because I already have, you kind of have to in order to use the product. So far, Matter, has failed to deliver on most of their promises. The only thing it does, is help you discover your strengths. There's no guarantee that you will receive "quick, fun, and actionable feedback" that will allow you to take control of your professional and personal growth though... There's no way to set any goals and definitely nothing helping you understand how to get a raise or a promotion. There's nothing to help you master any skills and definitely nothing helping you take ownership in your career path. There is no career path. There's zero ability to focus on areas you want to improve and learn about your blind spots either. The only thing Matter does, is solicit feedback from people. They could, and do, only leave a rating which is delivered to you as a number. They don't have to leave you any written feedback or explanation of that rating. And that's it. That's all Matter does. Then they just continuously suggest more people to solicit feedback from. FOR. EV. VER.
I also think it asks the wrong question. It asks do you currently work with this person. But if you've worked with them in the past it's still beneficial, but answering no gets rid of that suggestion.
Pros:
Simple, Intuitive, fun, Great design
Cons:
It only does ONE thing. Doesn't deliver on the promised expectations it sets up. Can't get it to stop suggesting random people.

Had been following for a while and all the feedback from everyone seems really positive.
Can't wait to try it with the team!! We have been very diligent with our 1on1s and OKRs, but this could help us with even more feedback, especially with specific scores in areas like: candor, coaching, communication, supportiveness, and listening.

My main question is that you receive feedback from people you actually know within your company or you can receive as well feedback from other people?

Great product! Iv enjoyed seeing it evolve from strength to strength.

The product is helping fix problems Iv been seeing around the workplace for a long time. Getting good feedback often.
