Mike and Alex here, two indie hackers from 🇬🇧, and today we’re re-launching My AskAI as we’ve spent the last 2 months, full-time, re-building it from the ground up and now want to see what you think!
We built the new My AskAI specifically to help fellow SaaS founders, like you, build better products by getting insights from every conversation with your users (and save you a bunch of time on support requests along the way).

Reading your story, I find it inspiring that you guys iterated My AskAI to help you solve your problems, which align with your customers' pain points too. Also, I clearly understand how you differentiate yourselves from more generic AI support tools. Great job 👍🏿.
The auto-tagging of messages looks great. What tag categories do you currently have? Can the tags be overriden?
Finally, what are the next steps for My AskAI?

So right now we categorise feedback into bug, feedback, question, then on the individual topic we further tag it into unlimited tags, which we will use in the future most likely for something else.
Pretty easy for us to add other tags as options if you have any suggestions!
We have a bunch of things we'll be adding over the next few weeks, including more integrations, live chat widgets and a bunch of UX/UI tweaks that we have got through all the feedback we have received so far.
Thanks for the clarification @michael_heap. Seems you have a good baseline for the categories already. I wonder if there's a way to extract "feature-request" as tags too. I presume right now they get included into the "feedback" category, right?

@ed_forson Yeah we are definitely going to be adding that one too, currently goes into feedback. But if we split out we can look to integrate with platforms to push feature requests when they hit x mentions for instance
