I would agree with the criticism, the fees are high and not particularly transparent, as well as using "magic" as marketing should scare anyone who is cautious with their money away. Maybe try to steer it into the direction of "math and machine learning" rather than "magic"..

It would be great if you add estimated returns after fees to the backtest results. Having a hard time working out if/how profitable each strategy is after fees.

@lawrencegs awesome. It's also not clear that the service fee is an annual fee. I found the faq and examples on your website quite helpful in understanding the fees. Might be worth making those easier to find 😀

I think the scariest part for me is how this operates from an "unknown" background. Yes I saw the registered company: "PT Enkripsi Teknologi Handal" only in the terms of use. I saw your other site but that again just gives me the exact same feelings I have when I looked at Nobi.
I think you need to be more explicit in making this more "corporate-like" especially because you're going to handle people's monies.
Like one of the other comments mentioned, this looked "sketchy". You need to establish "trust" and from the landing page, it just seems like anyone can just whip this up and then run away once they've gotten enough money (not saying that your company is a scam or anything of that sort).
TLDR: How will I know my monies (bitcoins in this case) will not be gone a month later?
@swiftpolar Thanks for the feedback. I agree, our website & corporate branding can be better. Trust is earned not given, and this is especially true to new comers like us.
@lawrencegs amazing, great way for investors to diversify their portfolio into cryptos without having to figure out which cryptos to buy and when. There is a lot of synergies between your business and what I am working on.
