Honestly there is alot more good defi out there, and its actually simple enough to understand. Your video doesn't tell much, and look sketchy with twisted word like powerful and magical. I am not convince with those word, this is likely targeting clueless people who really doesn't understand much about crypto and its usually turn bad for investor. If i were you just read and learn more about defi, and you will find more usefull apps that actually works with proof. DONT GET SCAMMED!
@carissasch20 Hi Carissa - I'm sorry that our video can be taken the wrong way. We'll improve our marketing. You are right though, we want to help the clueless & lazy people. It is true that there are other good DeFi & app out there, but most are still focused on those who are comfortable with multiple crypto wallet, securing their own private keys, reading trading charts & indicators. While those are important skills to have, we believe that we need an app to help those who are simply not there yet. It's always day one in NOBI, we will be better.

I love this product. I think Crypto still needs products like this that would take a lot of people by the hand in their Crypto journey. I think I'd get some bitcoins through https://www.changenow.io and deposit for trials.
Honestly, this is a good way to make some extra BTC instead of it laying fallow in the wallet.
But I'm a little concerned about the safety as I'm not really the type that keeps my money on even centralised exchanges.
WARNING! POSSIBLE SCAM: I added .01 BTC which is the minimum but I'm starting to think this is a scam. I tried to withdraw my funds and it says I have 0. Looks like an awesome product so I hope I'm wrong and it's just a bug or a UI issue that I don't understand. Hopefully @lawrencegs can address this
@lawrencegs@rgomezp I was a little worried at first as well, but it just took a long time (close to a day?) for my funds to show up, and again it took a while for the funds to follow a strategy. Both delays were several hours longer than I'd expect a Bitcoin transaction to take.
@rgomezp@cdypmpr Hi Rod, Cody - Deposit may take a little while (20-30 mins), depending on network congestion & how much network fee. Following strategy is processed daily at 1300 UTC. Total Balance should never be zero though, we might have a bug. Do you remember whether it shows zero on the wallet or on the strategy?

UPDATE: it seems I was wrong. Things could be made clearer though to avoid people thinking there's something shady going on.
It seems you have to stop following a strategy and THEN only can you withdraw. This could be made more clear.
I hope you understand my skepticism here considering there are a lot of scams in this industry.
I'd also like to learn more about the fees for transparency:
1) Service Fee: "The service fee is charged as long as the strategy is active."
What is the fee schedule?
2) Performance Fee: "Charged on a monthly basis. Strategy follower will not get charged if strategy does not perform on that month"
What is considered "perform" in this case?
3) Exit Fee
Is this a fixed fee? or is it a percentage?
Finally, the commissions seem a bit high to me.

This has been quite a humbling experience for our team, we received tons of amazing feedbacks. We will be releasing a major UI update in couple of days to (hopefully) address some of your issue.
Now about the fees:
1. Service Fee. The fee is calculated daily.
As an example, a 5% service fee means 5% annual. Daily is like 0.0136%
2. Perform means the asset grows beyond the previous high watermark. We calculate performance fee on the 28th of every month, and thats where we make a snapshot and see how well the strategy perform. There is a blog post that explain this in more detail: https://honestmining.com/blog/no...
3. Its a fixed fee, basically its just the withdrawal fee from our exchange partner.

One thing i'd like to see is a way to invest from cash, rather than having to purchase the initial crypto from another wallet and transfer it over.

WARNING! DO NOT DEPOSIT BITCOIN! Deposited ~$110, the bot lost a bit. After a couple weeks, decided to withdraw it, charged me $60 fee to take it out of one of the trading strategies (not even to withdraw from the app). I figured I would cut my losses and try to withdraw what was left. When I tried, it wants me to set up 2FA and then input the newly created pin! This is blatant. I want my full $110 back

I am using although I find two major flaws
1) commissions are quite high
2) no support - I have written 2 different support emails and so far no feedback!
