@kritika_singhania You just connect your calendar and Oliv will automatically join prospect and customer calls, on Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom and Cisco WebEx. Freshworks CRM integration is in beta. So I love that you format this into MEDDPICC - this is not something I can get with Fathom - so I can be convinced that a dedicated solution like this is a must have for sales teams. I think the thing that would really float my boat would be if I could be reminded on my calls when I have not asked a question necessary for MEDDPICC :) or even just seeing a checklist live on the call of as these things get answered. Not sure if you've thought about or it's in the product but figured I'd share since if I don't ask the right question which I'm not perfect at then I'm still stuck :P
