Can we talk about the 15% service fee on top of the $9/month for your basic plan? Seems to defeat the whole purpose of offering effective ads at the lowest cost possible for the user if everything is 15% more expensive. Why would you increase by 15% CPA or CPC for your clients? Do you guarantee x2/x4 results vs other platforms? Would a slightly higher monthly draw more people in?

The service fee goes towards the optimizations of your campaign in the backend so we ensure that your budget is being used as effectively as possible. Usually people with limited digital marketing experience, or people who have boosted their posts on Facebook and Instagram who come to Otis see improvements in performance. That's because our system applies best practices and data driven targeting by connecting with their existing audience data. I will share with you some case studies with some results including a client that achieved a 19:1 return on ad spend. We are definitely open to feedback on pricing and we are looking to adjust it as we discover how to best serve our early adopter users.
