Otis - Your digital marketing assistant

@dereksilva Hi that’s a great question. We don’t have a web version in our road map because the founders wanted to give users the portability and accessibility in having the ability to create, edit and measure their ads on their phone. We are trying to simplify the experience as much as possible. Is there a reason you think Otis should be on the web? Interested in your thoughts!

@suhyonya Oh boy... 1. Viewing reports would be easier on a laptop/desktop. 2. Connecting multiple apps together would be easier. 3. Typing is easier/faster on a larger device. 4. Exporting reports and sharing them would be easier. 5. Creating and publishing ads, especially with custom images or video, is often easier on a laptop/desktop. Lots of reasons why I'd prefer to use a larger device. I get the idea behind mobile-first consumer apps, but not business-grade apps.

@dereksilva Hi Derek, Thanks for your feedback. 💙 I agree with you in terms of how I would like a dashboard for our users to have these type of functionality on the roadmap in the future. However, as of now, our reports are not that in-depth, it was simplified for the users because we wanted it to be accessible to users with no or limited experience with digital marketing. You do get the key metrics but not on a granular level. Most companies we worked with so far seem to like the simplicity and the fact that they don't have to spend hours doing these type of work. They get clear snapshot of how their campaign is doing at any time and the AI makes recommendations over time based upon performance. Also the character limit on the copy would make it more suitable to create your ad campaign on the mobile. Have you tried our app? I think once you do, you will see why it's best suited as a mobile application. You can upload the video directly from the app as well. I definitely appreciate your insight on how we can improve the functionality of Otis and will share this with our dev team!
