@aliciaheraz Thank you for such a great feedback! Sorry for the delay in response. We integrate data from Google Analytics , therefore you can use the GA events for tracking emotion actions such as like/dislike buttons and others. This will allow you to use this data within the familiar interface.

@viktor_osadchy Thanks for your response. I am looking for more granularity in emotional reporting like for example frustration, wonder, excitement and doubt. Do you know of any API that allows you to detect these emotions?

I prefer this tool! It is easy to use. OWOX BI PIPELINE saves a time greatly. I did not find any cons. I am really satisfied with the functionality that it offers.

Does anyone know if OWOX is out of business?
Their chatbot stays at offline, their phone goes straight to voicemail and they haven't responded to a request for a demo in almost a week.

@dwcockburn they used to do so. It seems that there is just one person works with all the clients and prospects of OWOX. When you will try to chat with the support team you will be surprised even more. They can answer one simple question a few days)))
