What I admire here is the blend of tech + empathy. So many apps are either cold utilities or just entertainment. PawChamp manages to feel like a companion for the human AND the dog. That emotional layer is why I think people will stick with it.

1) based on user answers during onboarding, the app shows recommended courses and content itens for the user and his pup.
2) Pawchie AI know these answers as well + user messages in the chat = those allow AI to customize and better personalize responses for specific dog.
3) and finally, our expert chats allow to reach maximum personalization of recommendations given while having a conversation with dog experts.

As a product analyst at PawChamp, I get to see every bit of feedback — the small wins, the frustrations, and the stories behind them. Each message from a dog parent becomes a data point that helps us build a kinder, more helpful product 🐶💛
